CLIENT STORY

We used Target to help a client we have who runs a brilliant dentist practice in Harley Street. 

She would regularly receive management accounts from us but really struggled to align these to her business vision.

In order to really focus her on where she wanted her business to be, we created planning exercises which asked her questions on;

- What her exit strategy was?
- How many days did she want to work a week?
- What was in the way of making this happen?

From this, we then focused her on a one page plan with key performance indicators on how her business was performing.  

She has used these indicators to better understand her numbers meaning she can forecast and budget forward, allowing her to purchase another dental practice. She could work less hours but chooses to work as she has got the love of her work back.

This all brings her vision closer each day.
