We helped one client to understand their target market and really focus all marketing efforts onto this.  

They’re a construction business, who have a specialism for listed buildings.

However, without a strategy for marketing to the correct niche area they received leads which were not looking for their bespoke solutions. Leads which were distracting, unprofitable, and leading to dissatisfaction from the work force who wanted to do more complex interesting work.

This was driving down their prices, which in turn, was creating poor profits.

By just thinking more strategically, involving their team in discussions and planning their marketing carefully, they were able to reduce the wrong type of leads and really focus on their specialism.

The director recently confirmed they say no more than yes to inappropriate leads now due to the increase in profit being made from their niche products.
