We helped a client PROGRESS their business who really struggled with pricing. 

The numbers suggested and his competitors pricing suggested he was way too cheap and was receiving referrals purely because of this. Not a great way of building a sustainable business!

We helped the client to understand not only that he could increase his prices but that any negative impact was mitigated by the increase in profits. We have a tool to demonstrate this.

The client was petrified that he would be forced to make redundancies to his team so agreed to review his business’ pricing and steadily increased the margin made on each job. 

By using this method he was able to provide enough profit (and cash in the bank) to ensure no redundancies were needed.
